may 17 to 21
this week in school we learned about anxiety. Part of anxiety is phobias. I can relate to having a phobia because i have one of people touching or grabbing my neck. One way they said to over come the phobia is to relate to it and get use to it, so my brother thinks it funny to grab my neck. I flip out like hard core and i hate it. I don't think being around your phobia works because i just keep getting more and more scared about people grabbing my neck.

Yah I don't think being around your phobia helps I'd think it'd just make it worse of course it problably depends on the phobia, but in your case having your brother unexpectently grabing your neck wouldn't help, I'd don't like it when people do that either, someone did that to me as a joke once and I took off quit a bit of skin off his arm with my nails (it was reflex)but yah not funny
ReplyDeleteAw, thats so mean! i can relate. I hate feet. Everyone thinks its funny when they put their feet in my face. Not funny at all. I feel your pain.
